Patch clamping | B’SYS is equipped with state-of-the-art patch clamp and fluorescence technology, including automated patch clamp rigs, 384-well fluorescence screening setups, and 10 manual patch clamp rigs, three of which allow the conduct of GLP studies in compliance with the latest ICH S7B Q&A guidelines.

Application schemes and assay conditions can be adapted to your needs.
Whole-cell recordings or single-channel analysis in various expression systems (HEK 293, CHO, Neuroblastoma etc.) can be conducted to test the effects of drugs on voltage-gated or ligand-gated ion channels.

B’SYS currently operates Sophion QPatch™ systems and a 384-well Hamamatsu FDSS™ screening platform.
